How do I share documents?

The process of sharing documents consists of three stages.

In stage one, the documents are temporarily assigned to mail distribution groups and/or individuals.

By clicking «Confirm», the documents are definitively assigned and moved to the tab «Distribute».

Under the tab «Distribute», you can check and change the assignment. By clicking «Distribute», the document(s) will be definitively assigned to the designated individual and/or mail distribution group.

This multi-stage process of distribution helps to distribute mail in several stages – which can be very useful when dealing with larger quantities of mail. Finally, you can check the distribution and definitively assign the mail.
