How do I activate my organization's account?

In the case of organizations not listed in the Commercial Register, an activation code will be sent to the company’s address. Once you have entered the code, you can start using the account.

In the case of organizations listed in the Commercial Register, we check the details given against the Commercial Register and activate the account after completion. You will receive an email containing details on how to activate your account.

Note: Please note that the primary email address of the account must be verified before the account can be activated. The email address used to create the business account must also be unique. This means that it must not be an email address that has already been used.
